About the Condo

Aqua 410 is newly decorated (2020) with modern designs and amenities while keeping that leisurely, laid back vibe of the Panama City Beach lifestyle! Full-length windows and beautiful living spaces connect you to the magic of the Gulf. It is located on the 4th floor and has 1 King Master bedroom, a Bunk room with twin bunks and two bathrooms.

The Master Bedroom is elegantly decorated with a private entrance to the balcony, you are guaranteed to not miss a sunset with the floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Included is a vast en-suite bathroom with separate soaking tub, his and her sinks and huge walk in shower! The bunk room has twin beds and tv for kids or additional guests. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows you to comfortably sleep 6. The 4th floor is the perfect floor at Aqua, high enough to capture the beautiful views, but low enough to avoid long elevator waits coming over from the 3rd floor parking deck.

Enjoy commanding Gulf views from your private elliptical terrace located off of the family room. Large Flat screen TV in Main room and Master Bedroom, complete with cable, Prime video and Netflix, be sure to ask Alexa for your daily beach forecast!

Want to cook? Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, icemaker, blender, regular drip coffee pot. Condo also includes brand new washer and dryer.

Aqua Resort offers a variety of amenities with tons of great events and activities nearby in the Panama City Beach area for families and beach goers of all ages. Some of the great amenities at Aqua are a pool side cafe featuring flat screen tv's and wireless internet, a media room, a whirlpool spa grotto. A pool area featuring a tropical pool deck, indoor/outdoor pool and additional relaxation pool and all just steps away from the gorgeous white sand and blue-green water. There is an Aromatherapy stem and treatment room and a fitness center with phenomenal views of the Gulf of Mexico.
