Rental Rules
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights in high season (changeover day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late arrivals: 21:00-24:00, if agreed charged € 50 (to pay on site on arrival)
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rate are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours),welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
