Very disappointing stay overall. We arrived to find the key lockbox missing, so the host had left the key under the mat, which immediately raised security concerns.The apartment itself was poorly maintained. The front door was damaged and didn’t close or operate properly, only one out of the four bathroom lights worked, there was peeling paint in several areas, and cleanliness standards were poor. We were even left with a dirty, used washing-up sponge from previous guests and no toilet paper provided on arrival.To make matters worse, we were asked to pay an extra 500 just to drop our bags at the apartment slightly early, which felt completely unreasonable given the condition of the property.Overall, the apartment did not match expectations and felt neglected. I would not stay here again.
