Directly across from the bay and park with its own sandy beach (perfect for families with kids.)

Private access to the lagoon from back deck (perfect for kayaking, swimming and family.

Two car off-street parking under the house.

Short walk to farmers market and convenience stores.

The perfect beach home to disconnect, relax, take in the views and enjoy with family and friends. Spend fun days at the beach and take in MAGNIFICENT SUNSETS in the evening from your front balconies; wake-up to beautiful water views all around, hang out in the kitchen looking over the lagoon and have cookouts by the water.

Minimum age for rentals is 28 years old unless you are a family with Children.

Small pets must be approved.

Winter rental available until April 30th. $2,500 per month.
