It offers an extensive communal swimming pool with a hydromassage area, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, landscaped gardens, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, and a children’s playground.

We offer multiple apartments in this complex, making it an ideal choice for families travelling together. Please note that some basic features, furnishings, or decoration may vary slightly depending on the individual unit. However, all apartments share the same main features, including modern furniture. Specific requests such as a particular apartment, floor level or view are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to availability. You may request these at the time of booking.

LAYOUT

These apartments, with a maximum capacity of 6 guests, are fully prepared to meet all your needs during your stay.

All our apartments feature air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub or shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils and cookware. The dining room includes a sofa bed for 2 people.

- Optional parking available at an additional cost, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during high season.
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Free Wi-Fi available in the communal areas. This service is managed by the complex's property administration, and UHC is not responsible for any interruptions or limitations.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Tourist tax is not included in the rental price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes submitting guest information in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key handover. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information. House Rules

Online registration 24h before arrival is required (Royal Decree 933/2021). Keys are collected at UHC offices, Av. Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
Check-out by 10:00 am. Accommodation must be left as found. Final cleaning optional, but basic tidiness (e.g., garbage, dishes) required.
Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.
