Welcome to De Drentse Droom – a brand-new, stylishly furnished holiday home nestled in the forest. This is a place for bon vivants and atmosphere lovers. For anyone longing for peace, nature, and a touch of luxury. This charming home is fully equipped and accommodates up to four guests. Ideal for couples – with or without children.

Inside, you’ll find a warm, modern interior with carefully selected furniture. Not your standard holiday home, but a place with character and style. The wood-burning stove adds extra coziness on colder days, and outside, you can relax by the firepit with a nice glass of wine.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with a dishwasher, combi oven, cooking island with induction hob, Nespresso machine, and separate milk frother. Everything you need to cook in comfort. Two bar stools at the island make cooking a social activity.

The bright living room with large sliding doors features a dining table with four comfortable chairs, a cozy 3-seater sofa, and a 2-seater sofa. The centrally placed wood stove creates warm and cozy evenings. The lounge area also includes a 55-inch Smart TV, so you won’t miss your favorite series.

There are two bedrooms. The stylish master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a double duvet. Through the French doors, you step straight into the hot tub on the terrace. The bedroom also has space for your suitcase and a clothes rack. The second bedroom features a bunk bed for the kids.

In the hallway, you’ll find a separate toilet, a coat rack, and access to the bathroom. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator, and underfloor heating.

The entire house has a cast floor and is heated/cooled with an air conditioning system with two indoor units. On chilly evenings, you can also opt for the wood stove. There’s a charging point for electric bikes (outside) and a 3.5 kW charging station for electric cars.

And then there’s the large garden… green, private, and sun-drenched – a rare gem. On the terrace, you’ll find a dining set with four chairs and two sunbeds.

Of course, there are plenty of shaded spots as well. Wake up to birdsong, breathe in the fresh forest air, and let the hustle and bustle of everyday life melt away. Make a delicious cappuccino and enjoy the peace and space. Don’t feel like cooking? You can walk to Grand Cafe De Kremmer or grab a pizza from the 24/7 pizza vending machine.

And the cherry on top: just a short walk away lies ’t Nije Hemelriekje, also known as the "Ibiza of the North." A beautiful recreational lake with crystal-clear water, surrounded by forest. Perfect for walking, swimming, sunbathing, cycling, or simply soaking in the serene atmosphere.

De Drentse Droom is not just a place to stay. It’s a place to recharge, to enjoy, and to embrace doing absolutely nothing.

Beds are made with linen upon arrival.

Kitchen includes a towel, tea towel, and dishcloth as standard.

Check-in from 3:00 PM. On departure day, guests can stay until 10:00 AM.
