We are located just 100 metres from the seafront and immediately off A1148, so travelling by car is very easy and convinient. The nearest Metro Station is exactly 1 mile away or about 15 minutes walk. The Waves Aquatic Centre is right next to the house and the Links Gallery and Rendez Vous Cafe are on the sea front.
There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket up on Monkseaton Drive less than a mile away.
