The apartment was clean and the communication with the host was good. However, there are several important things that future guests should know.The bed was already damaged when we arrived, one of the slats on the folding bed was broken, and the sofa could not be unfolded, making it unusable as an extra bed.The apartment is located on the 5th floor in a building with no elevator, and the entire building is currently undergoing major renovation. This information should be clearly stated in the listing, especially for families with children or guests carrying heavy luggage.Overall, with better maintenance and more transparent information in the listing, the stay would have been much more comfortable.
