The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

A shared laundry room is available, with washing machines, a tumble dryer, vacuums, and mops. The ground-floor garden offers picnic benches, providing a pleasant spot to unwind or have a meal.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in the heart of central Liverpool, this location puts you at the centre of the city's vibrant energy. You'll be just a short stroll away from fantastic bars, restaurants, and iconic landmarks like the legendary Cavern Club - famously known as the spot where The Beatles began their rise to fame. The scenic Albert Dock and the Liverpool ONE shopping centre are nearby, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. Plus, with Liverpool Lime Street Station within walking distance, exploring the rest of the city and beyond couldn't be easier!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Due to building regulations the windows do not open in this room. There is a fan provided for cooling.
