Our comfortable and spacious premium room, located in the heart of Santa Cruz, will allow you to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay. Fully renovated and equipped to make you feel at home. Surrounded by all kinds of services within walking distance. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, all necessary amenities, and public transportation nearby.
The property is located on the second floor (no elevator). Once inside, you’ll find a charming entrance hall that leads to a hallway giving access to our premium room with a private kitchen. The premium room features a small living area with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, all brand new. It also includes a 43-inch smart TV. The integrated kitchen comes with a high table and chairs. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a cozy bedroom with a double bed and space to store your travel clothes. The entrance hall and hallway are shared with three independent suite-style rooms, each with its own private bathroom. If your group has more than 4 people and you need extra space, these additional suites are available for rent. Feel free to contact us for availability and pricing.
The accommodation is located in one of the best areas of the city. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the iconic Plaza del Príncipe and the popular Calle Castillo, as well as Plaza España and its surroundings. There’s a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away, along with pharmacies and places to enjoy delicious local food. The neighborhood is peaceful—perfect for walking or going for a relaxing stroll. You’ll also have easy access to the tram and public transportation. Everything you need is close by.
Currently, Calle La Rosa, where our property is located, is undergoing improvements for its pedestrianization, with an estimated completion date of mid-2025. During this period, there may be some noise during working hours, and car access will not be available. However, pedestrian access to the property is fully guaranteed, and you will still be able to enjoy your stay. In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, it is necessary to complete a form with your ID or passport details prior to arrival, as part of the required registration with the local authorities. You will receive a secure web link to provide this information. Under no circumstances will a copy or photo of your document be requested. This process is mandatory, and if it is not completed, we will not be able to provide the access codes to the property.
