The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home!



Please note this is also a home - not just a rental - where we keep some personal items and we have kept original furniture and decoration so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.



This is a modern 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, split over three spacious floors. It has been recently renovated so you will notice that most of furniture and décor are new. It is an ideal place for a family holiday where you can socialise and enjoy moments together.



This is an ideal place to stay south of the Thames as it is within a short walk to Vauxhall and Oval stations, making it easy to get into central London, London Bridge or Waterloo.



Property distribution:



Ground Floor:

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa and chairs as well as TV - this space is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, leading to our charming spacious patio for alfresco dinners. Enjoy this private oasis on sunny days – truly your sanctuary in the heart of London!



Basement:

Designed to let in plenty of natural light, the basement offers a very generous space. As soon as you come down the stairs you will find the main room with a double bed, an L-shaped sofa and a TV - please note there is no wall or door to separate from the staircase

A short hallway with wardrobe space leads to a small bedroom at the back. This room has a single bed (ideal for a child) and a desk for the guests that need to work from home. You will also find the washing cupboard here

Finally, a bathroom is located in between the 2 rooms. It features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink

The basement level is ideal for a family with 1-2 kids. We can set up the sofa as bed if the kids are old enough to not sleep together (see Other Things to Note section)



First Floor:

The first floor houses two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a double or king-size bed and storage space for your belongings. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toilet, and sink.



Please note that we have cameras by the front entrance (outside and inside). This is for security and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.



This property is located in a quiet residential square with a very good feel and a couple of local gems. It is ideal for families, colleagues, or friends who want to socialise and share a comfortable living space, but enjoy having some privacy. A short walk to the river and Vauxhall station (<5min walk) makes it ideal for exploring London.



Please note there are steps to the floors with the bedrooms/bathrooms. Therefore, this property is not ideal for people with limited mobility and you will need to be careful with your children.



This is a home and personal items are kept in it. We will ensure there is enough space inside the wardrobes/drawers/kitchen/fridge for your belongings and groceries but will ask you to respect the areas where we will store personal belongings. We also kindly request our guest to keep the decoration and equipment in their original place.



We can book permits for street parking for £30/day, subject to availability and to be requested in advance

Guest Access:

We will require the details of your arrival in advance, so we can agree on your check-in process.



The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in. This is for security purposes. If the main guest is not the person doing the check-in, then we will also need the ID and contact details of the person who will be doing the check-in and who will be responsible for the keys.



We will provide you with 3 sets of keys



You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities
