The 65 m² apartment is designed for rest and enjoyment, with a spacious and bright living-dining room that offers differentiated areas for eating, relaxing and watching television. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and all necessary utensils, ideal for those who enjoy preparing their own meals. 🍳

It has two bedrooms: the main one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace that offers sea views; and a second bedroom with a trundle bed, for two people. Additionally, it has a second full bathroom strategically located between both bedrooms and air conditioning throughout the apartment for greater comfort. 🌬️🛏️

The location is unbeatable: 50 meters from the sandy beach "Playa Paseo Marítimo de Marbella", supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias, and with a bus stop just 200 meters away to easily move around the region. Additionally, the center of Marbella is only 1 km away, and within a few kilometers there are leisure options such as Golf Río Real Vilage, Puerto Banús and natural or amusement parks. 🏝️🍽️🚌
