Harbour Town! This is a great location for your HHI stay!

Great location- right in the middle of Harbour Town! Shops and restaurants all around you; harbor and baots right there!
Now includes membership in Harbour Town pool; also free Netflix and Amazon Prime and HULU !Click "Send Email" link; this comes to me directly and I'll respond very quickly to any questions you may have! I pride myself on quick and thorough responses. I also keep VRBO calendar current so you can always browse for potential times to stay. I own and rent this condo myself and all inquires are answered by me personally and promptly. Mariners Way consists of 18 condos all privately owned with perhaps 1/2 being available for guest rentals and 7 boutique shops on the ground level. Our entire exterior has been "freshened" and looks great. My condo had a complete kitchen and bathrooms renovation update completed 4Q2018. Perfect for your stay!
NOTE: Saturday-Saturday for weekly stays. Multi-week also available!

Located above the Shoppes of Harbour Town. View the many yachts in Harbour Town Marina from balcony.
Walk to Lighthouse, restaurants, shops or sit in the rocking chairs around the marina! Miles and miles of paved bike trails! Walk to PGA Tour golf venue- world famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of Heritage Classic.

Free Sea Pines 'shuttle buses' to beach 1 mile away. Tastefully decorated with King bed in Master bedroom and 2 Double-Beds in guest bedroom: 2 large baths. Very large playground for kids nearby- great for kids and grandkids. Pet-friendly area [Contact me to inquire about your pet]. During the season, free entertainment nightly. New Quarterdeck Restaurant & Bar- right on beautiful Calibogue Sound.
Housekeeping fees are $100. Pet fee [if approved] is $50. Your only other fee is the Sea Pines "Gate Pass" when you enter: it is $22/week and payable cash only.

Loved this location!

We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again. It was nice to be able to not really drive anywhere with such a perfect location of this rental. Highly recommend the restaurants Truffles, Bowdie’s, Nectar and Quarterdeck. We also rented bikes, which was nice for our stay. Try the ice cream, it was great, with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication was great! Thank you for letting us stay!

stayed right in the middle of Harbor Town. Shops, restaurants, playground, pool, marina, and even the famous Greg Russell show are all just steps away. Our greatest endorsement is we absolutely would stay here again.

Harbour Town vacation

We spent a week in this condo 6/15 - 6/22. Owner was very responsive and helpful with all the information we needed for a great stay. This condo is located above the stores in Harbour Town, in Sea Pines. Restaurants and shops are steps away, and other shops and restaurants can be reached by a short trolley ride. The Beach Club and beaches were beautiful. Our only challenge was parking, but we quickly determined the busy times, and just worked our schedule around them, and always had a spot. It was great trip!

Fabulous stay

This condo at Mariners Way in the heart of Harbourtown is perfect! The condo itself is clean, well appointed, appropriately decorated & comfortable. The location is extraordinary. You are right in the middle of restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, bakeries, the marina and Lighthouse and they are within walking distance .. it’s amazing!! We LOVED our stay!!

Perfect Stay!

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved the location. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a pleasure working with Gene and he was more than helpful with providing information about the area. He even sent us a video describing how to locate the condo and the interior layout!

Excellent place and close to everything in Sea Pines. Enjoyable spot right on Marina. Very close to golf and tennis as well. Beach is just a short bike ride away or Sea Pines shuttle. Several restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Harbourtown location

This condo was the perfect location for our little family. Down the steps and you’re right in all the action Harbourtown has to offer. The owner was always prompt and fast to respond, in addition to providing all kinds of helpful information of the island and area. The condo itself had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy! The pool pass to Harbourtown pool was the perfect addition to the condo and a very short walk across the parking lot. If I could give 100 stars for communication with host and location, I totally would! Gene is the friendliest and by far the most responsive property manager I’ve ever worked with. And the location is perfect - very close to the pier, many shops, multiple restaurants, and beautiful scenery. And if you like people watching as much as I do, this is the perfect place for it! I’ve been visiting Sea Pines for years and used to stay in the South Beach area by Salty Dog, but Harbour Town is my new favorite area. I hope to be a repeat customer for many years to come and can’t wait to return. I cannot recommend this condo enough. Thank you, Gene, for making our stay fabulous and memorable.

Great vacation villa

I've stayed in this nice villa many times since Gene & Karen purchased. It's in a great location and we have enjoyed tremendously every visit. Just a few steps away are good seafood dinners at The Crazy Crab and the Quarterdeck as well as the most beautiful sunsets over Harbour Town that you'll never forget. Everything is so picturesque. We conveniently rented bikes from the store on the first level and took the shuttle daily to the Beach Club and/or South Beach. It's so easy to go to the pier and book a kayak trip, sail with a group on the Stars and Stripes and other ocean activities. Gene is very hospitable, easy to work with and provides all information needed for a wonderful vacation.

My wife Karen and I have owned this condo since 1998. We are both graduates of the University of South Carolina and have been visiting beautiful Hilton Head Island since 1970. I am retired IBM and now live in Atlanta. We are avid golfers and members of Atlanta Athletic Club. Along with golf, we spend our time doting on our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel- Cooper! I hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!!!

Why they chose this property

Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island is a truly beautiful place- very relaxing: we just loved the place since first visiting in 1970. We bought in 1998 so now have owned for 24 years! Mariners Way is a "boutique" condo complex as there are only 18 residential condos [probably less than half available for guest rental] and ground level as 7 small shops. And we are literally steps away from the 'harbor" of Harbour Town. And we love golf and Sea Pines is known for world class golf including the PGA Tour every year the week after the Masters!

What makes this property unique

Now includes pass to Harbour Town pool- a block away and a fabulous resort pool- great for young and old.So much is in easy walking distance- restaurants are merely steps away, bike trails, walk to Harbour Town Golf Links, awesome children's playground, shops galore, beach is 1 mile away via free Sea Pines Shuttle.
