Unit 20 is a beautiful nicely appointed condo directly on the beach with amazing unobstructed views. Ramsgate is a Panama City Beach West end gem. The complex has 66 beachfront units spread along the emerald coastline. The result is less crowded beaches. And location is everything as all of the local attractions are just minutes away. Ramsgate Harbour is one of those rare resorts where you can enjoy the beaches and area without the congestion of attractions, and yet be only minutes away from them. 30A is just around the corner to the West and a great place to visit and take in the scenery and try some of their local fare. Pier Park and Panama City Beach are to the East and have their attractions and local fare as well. Or, unwind at Ramsgate, grill, take a dip in the pool, stroll the beaches and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Hope to see you all again next year!

Great location on quiet beach

Enjoyed the location and the place in general is very nice. The only complaint are the beds are extremely soft - personal preference for a more firm bed. Kitchen is nice and plenty of room!

Relaxing stay at the beach

We enjoyed staying at Ramsgate Harbor because it is a beach front property, less crowded than high-rise buildings and easy to get around the area. Our condo was quiet, clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. We enjoyed using both upper and lower decks overlooking the water. We appreciated the beach service. This condo will be our first choice when planning another stay in the area.

Family Fun Beach Time

Ramsgate Harbor is always a wonderful getaway to Panama City Beach. This year, construction was being done prior to our stay that caused a change of condos within Ramsgate. David Dees was very helpful in getting us into a different unit for our week, and we were able to enjoy our family, play, and relax at the most beautiful beach in the world!

David was awesome with communication and the condo was great ! Only suggestion I would offer is that the living room furniture cushions need replacing , most of the support has gone due to general wear and tear. Thanks for a wonderful getaway and we look forward to coming back.

Good location, quiet side of PCB

This property has a nice beach with easy access. It is a very quiet, family oriented area. The rental property was very nice with wonderful amenities. The only negative aspect of this property is all the stairs because there is no elevator. The property manager was very helpful and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner.

Perfect Spot

Condo looks exactly as pictured and description is accurate. We loved the location. Beach was beautiful and never crowded. Love having beach chairs already set up every day. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Is definitely far enough away from the crowds in the main part of PCB which was a huge plus for us. Very family friendly. Beach Getaway

My girlfriend and I went to relax as she is getting married in 2 weeks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable I feel like when I need a good nights sleep I need to come back. Everything is so close and also having the beach chair setup everyday was such a nice added amenity. I have already rebooked. The host is very responsive and super easy to work with. Thank you.

Quiet and Beautiful View

The condo was just as advertised...quiet, gorgeous view, beautiful beach but it needed a thorough cleaning. The windows were dirty, the microwave had pieces of food in it, the wall hanging in the bathroom needed dusting, and the sink needed a good scrubbing.

The condo is nicely updated and the views are awesome. No mention of any cleaning concerns were made during the stay. It should be noted that we did have tornadoes on April 10 that come off the gulf and sprayed sand and salt water allover buildings and did some damage in the area. We do take cleaning serious and would have been happy to address any cleaning issues/concerns inside. Housekeeping has been notified and we will follow up to make sure these issues are resolved and that overall cleaning is maintained to a high standard.

Family vacation/wedding

We had an issue with another unit at Ramsgate and David was very quick to respond and get us into his unit. The unit was very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The unit also comes with two very nice beach chairs you just have to let the beach rental company know how often to set them up. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. We really enjoyed our stayed there.

Perfect holiday vacation!

Property was exactly as described! Very clean, comfortable and a beautiful view!! Pool is heated in the winter; however still a little cold for comfortable swimming tho. Not a complaint though as it is the time for cooler weather in Florida. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything (and more) for cooking/eating - all well maintained too. The only suggestion would be to replace the windows and sliding doors to both balconies as they were not crystal clear to see the beach. However, definitely not a deterrent and would definitely stay again!

Perfect is as good as it gets. The location and property amenities are awesome. Glad you found everything in the condo you could need or want for your stay. Great news, the sliding glass patio doors are being replaced. The HOA is in the process of replacing the windows and patio doors for each unit. The work has already begun. Hope to see you all again and as often as you can come to the beaches.
