Sleeping up to six guests, 10 Dartmouth Grove features three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. The master includes a super king-size bed, ensuite shower room, Smart TV, and patio doors opening to a private outdoor space. A second king-size bedroom also has terrace access and a Smart TV, while the third bedroom offers twin beds, perfect for children or friends. A sleek family bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the accommodation.

Outdoor Living:
Large bi-fold doors lead out to a private terrace with countryside views, outdoor dining furniture, and the option to book a hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. (Please note: the hot tub must be booked at least 14 days in advance and carries an additional fee starting at £175 for 2 nights, rising by £25 per night thereafter. Enhance your stay with the indulgence of a private hot tub – the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Devon countryside.
To ensure your hot tub is freshly prepared and fully compliant with the latest health and safety guidelines, advance booking is required (no later than two weeks before arrival).
- £175 for 2 nights
- £25 per night thereafter
This is an optional extra and must be paid in advance before usage can be confirmed. Guests who choose this upgrade can enjoy a perfectly prepared hot tub throughout their stay.
Please note: the hot tubs are prepared on the day of an arrival to allow for guests departing, this means that we can't guarantee that they will have reached the desired temperature by the usual check-in time and ask for your understanding in advance.

Rennovation Works:
Subject to future lodge purchases, there may be contractors on site during normal working hours. They will ensure that any noise is kept to a minimum and respect guests at neighbouring lodges.

Facilities:
We advise that you book any use of the hotel facilities, spa treatment, golf etc as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Please note, the golf club and spar is not directly affiliated to the lodge site itself.
