We have COMPLETELY RENOVATED THIS CONDO. All new cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The bath is tiled and has a new soaker tub. New tile floors through out the condo. All new chairs and queen sofa sleeper.

Oceanfront Condominium with a sliding glass door in the master bedroom and the living room leading to the balcony overlooking the gulf. This is a 'B' floor plan. The views are stunning, you can literally see 20 miles up and down the beach. Sunbird B Unit with a bright beach décor. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony. Everything you need to have a great time at the beach.

SNOW BIRDS - WINTER RATES APPLY FOR NEXT JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL - IT'S STILL COLD UP THERE - STAY HERE LONGER.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is super clean as it has been the owners’ personal unit.

This deluxe suite includes dedicated internet access for this unit only with a landline phone for all occupants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautiful, with comfortable furniture and a perfectly equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The views were incredible—every window and door looked directly out onto the beach, and the balcony was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Communication with Robyne was excellent; she provided all the information we needed well in advance, making our stay completely seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great place. We stay every year in PCB and this is the first condo I will be renting again. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. Clean well appointed unit with easy parking. Building and grounds were kept up also. Highly recommend.
