The 60 m² flat, located on the third floor, includes:
- two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with a double bed, convertible into twin beds 🛏️🛏️, ideal for a comfortable stay.
- Living room with double sofa bed 🛋️and TV with streaming services (Netflix)
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen 🍽️, with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table, for those who love cooking even on holidays.
- Private bathroom with shower 🚿 and small storage room with washing machine available for our guests.
- Fast Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating system.

If you have small children, we provide baby bed, baby bathtub and high chair.

Flexible check-in, advice and assistance during your stay. We speak Italian, English, French and Spanish (but we also understand each other in all other languages😍).

We love to welcome our guests in person, exchange a few words, give advice on what to see (or eat!) in Genoa.
But we know that schedules can't always coincide: that's why we also offer self check-in, simple and convenient, to offer maximum freedom upon arrival.

Our flat is located on the third floor of a typical Genoese building in the heart of Genoa's historic centre. As the building does not have a lift, access requires a small climb, but once you arrive, you will be rewarded with a quiet and bright environment, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
