    2 bed caravan, sleeps 6. With double glazing and central heating. Ruby rated.

    Kitchen with full size oven/hob with extractor over, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment.

    Lounge with TV/Freeview, electric fire and double sofa bed.

    Bed 1: Double bed with en-suite toilet and wash basin.
    Bed 2: Two single beds

    Family shower room with toilet and wash basin.

    Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing licence will need to be shown.
