Yes. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. We cooked breakfast every day.The AC worked great. We only ran them when we were in the room and it cooled off the place in minutes

The property is amazing and the property manager had excellent communication.. Everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen , fantastic AC.. .Super close to the beach. Only downside is the construction behind the property but as long as you hit the pool late afternoon on e the workers have packed up for the day is wonderful and quiet.

Check-in required some help from the property manager as the door was double locked, but communication was quick and the issue was quickly resolved. Condo is beautiful with a glorious balcony overlooking the pool and out to the surfers in the ocean. Amenities were very good and furniture was very comfortable. We lost power for 16 hours during our first night. Property manager maintained good contact and did her best to provide support. Note: There was a smell of sewage in the laundry area. Unpleasant while doing laundry, but this did not otherwise negatively impact our stay. A guest guide would have been appreciated to help figure out the oven and stove (gas models that we were unfamiliar with) and to make suggestions regarding local eateries and where to buy groceries. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Los Cerritos- the ocean is spectacular, the condo is beautiful and the area feels very safe. Rustic, surfing vibe at the beach but the condo is high-end and extremely well kept.

Surf Paraiso is great! Loved the furnishings and all the little extra touches. There is even beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler to take to the beach. Barbara is a great host! Already talking about coming back next year and staying longer!
