The kitchen/diner has all the modern appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, just to name a few. Just a few minutes walk to the Beach and promenade with its outstanding Beach and Sea views. No car is necessary as its close to Dovercourt town with shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways
