The accommodation, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, opens onto a living area equipped with a sofa, television and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker and kettle. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with bidet and shower completes the layout.
Through the kitchen there is access to a lovely terrace furnished with an outdoor dining table.

Guests are provided with amenities such as free Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, air conditioning in the living room, and heating.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called “Dolphin Coast,” which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.
Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Nature Park.

Santa Margherita Ligure train station is about a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the apartment while Genoa airport is about a 45-minute drive.
