I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!
The property was clean and in a great location. It was a downstairs unit in a house, which was unexpected since the listing said it was the entire house. The upstairs noise was loud at some points. Great for a group of friends but would not recommend if you have littles or are light sleepers.
The property was wonderful. We were a little shocked that all the bed sheets were wet. Thankfully we discovered this early in the afternoon and were able to throw them all in the dryer before bedtime. The back door keypad seemed to be dead or not working for us to lock the rental when we left for our event and at checkout, but the garage was an extra layer of protection. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud until around 3AM. Which I guess is what you get in a basement unit. Overall though, the rental was great for what we needed. The towels were so large and plush. The extra, huge blankets were amazing. The neighborhood was nice. We would stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Very beautiful and clean place to stay. One warning -- the listing says 'Entire home' but the space is actually the basement of a home. There were people also renting the upstairs part of the home and they were very noisy. It was also too cold for my liking and there were no controls for the AC. The space is very clean and looks just like the pictures.Owners were nice and friendly, responsive to my messages.I would not stay here again just because I thought I was getting the 'Entire Home' as it says in the listing. For the price I paid I could have gotten a hotel suite if I wanted to hear people nearby.
Cute little place, very clean, very nice. Love the decor nd the style. It was a good size for 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a few issues with sounds especially from the water spicket the first night but Dayvis was great and fixed it for us so we didnt have issues the next evening. There were a few things we needed in the kitchen but we spoke to Dayvis about it and he responded well to our suggestions. Dayvis is a great host. I would recommend this place, just know you can hear sounds from upstairs just as you can with any basement so as long as everyone respects the curfew rules at night its pretty quiet.
This is a budget STR so expectations should be set accordingly. I was grateful to be able to use the garage during my stay, but there are a few issues future guest should be aware of:The unit is in a basement. I could tell that was the case from the listing, and I was okay with that, but there ended up being a few challenges with that.First, the upstairs is also a STR, and it appears the host does not have a minimum stay duration. I didn’t count, but during my 11-day stay, there were maybe 6 or 7 upstairs guests, and at least 2 of them had barking dogs. The unit is pet friendly, so if you aren’t okay with that, There is no thermostat in the unit. PresumablyAdditionally, the kitchen is not well stocked. For instance, I didn’t see a cutting board,
The listing is not very clear. This is the basement unit of a house with garage entry and no access to the backyard or grill. The front yard is astroturf. It is nicely set up and very comfortable. It smelled good/neutral and the kitchen had some useful accessories, but was missing some others. They had given information to enter the property and get on wifi. There was a washer/dryer, oven/stove, big fridge/ freezer, simple toaster, and microwave. Complaints: they did not have ample supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. I had to ask for those things a couple times- given that we had 3 kids among us, we needed a lot! I'm not sure if this is because people might steal these things, but it was a definite inconvenience to ask each time we were running out. There was no laundry detergent or softener so we ended up buying our own. While they had frying pans and pots, there were no baking pans or oven mitts. There were plates, bowls, glasses, and flatware. Host was communicative and polite, but not always responsive to all of the requests (like access to the gated yard). There are other guests staying upstairs and not a lot of sound-proofing between the units. It was overall a comfortable and positive stay. If i wanted to be in that area again, i would stay again, i just would have wanted the listing and communication to be clearer.
