The outside space is communal and there is a couple of permanent home owners that live within the small apartment block.
We kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimal and all rubbish is removed after using this space.
6 Above Town is the first floor apartment, it's main entrance is an iron gate to the right from when the road Crowthers Hill splits and your enter Above Town.
There is small alleyway entrance as you come through the gate which leads to No6 main front door which is on your right.

There are NO stairgates at the property - these can be hired from Devon Stays.

Rubbish bins are in the outside yard - collection day is Wednesday

There is parking along the River Dart and North and South Embankments and in the Town Centre smaller carparks - restrictions apply
During the period of 31st October through to 1st March parking along the embankment or waterfront is free all day and night
Dartmouth Park & Ride TQ6 9LW carpark - park & ride (situated at the top of town near leisure centre and facing Sainsburys)
