Cosy cottage close to the sea.
Summerland Terrace sits in the beautiful village of Kingswear, ideally placed for exploring Dartmouth and surrounding area.
Within easy walking distance of 2 pubs, a convenience store and the lower ferry it's a fantastic base for your next South Devon break.
Internally the cottage offers comfortable accommodation and has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom. Both the lounge and main bedrooms have smart TVs to keep you entertained when the weather may not be so favourable.
The property has decking to the rear which by climbing up some steep steps you have a place for a BBQ and to look out over the Dart to Royal Naval College.
Internally, the cottage have been recently refurbished with a new kitchen which is fully equipped and bathroom, both the lounge and main bedrooms have smart TVs
Sleeping arrangements are 1 double, a bunk bed.
