About this property
Newmarket, Quiet, Secluded, Private Guest Suite with own entrance.
Enjoy a good nights sleep in the home of horse racing. Double room en-suite with private entrance and off street parking. Perfect place to stay for visiting friends & family, racing at Newmarket or Tattersalls Sales. Double 5ft bed. En-suite bath with shower over. Water, Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, mini box cereals & a tin of snacks provided in the room. 20-30 minute drive to Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds. Water glasses, mugs, cereal bowls, 2 sets of cutlery, kettle & mini fridge also provided. HD TV. Self contained ground floor wing of main house with own entrance off your own decking area. Property located on peaceful lane approximately a mile out of Newmarket.
We live in the main house which is attached to the en-suite via a door that is locked on both sides.
Plenty of taxis to both racecourses, free shuttle bus goes to & from the racecourse pick up/drop off at Newmarket station on race days.
The accommodation is just over 1 mile walk to Newmarket station (22 mins by train to Cambridge). Great restaurants, museum and of course Jockey Club Rooms, Racing School, National Stud and gallops all close by. Both Cambridge & Bury St Edmunds are approximately 13 miles drive away.
We live in the main house which is attached to the en-suite via a door that is locked on both sides.
