Chapel House is a reverse-level property with four ground-floor bedrooms: one king-size, one double, one twin (zip/link to double on request), and one triple bunk (double queen-size below, single above). The ground floor features a bathroom, plus two en-suite shower rooms. The first floor includes a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner with a balcony, and a sitting room with a dual-aspect woodburning stove. An external utility room offers an additional shower. Amenities include oil central heating, a range cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine, WiFi, Smart TV, bed linen, towels, off-road parking for 3 cars, EV charging, and a terraced area with a hot tub and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.2 miles. Note: 200GBP weekly hot tub charge; 45GBP pet charge; steps lead to the front door.
