Only minutes from I-24 between St. Louis, MO (190 miles) and (200 mile) Nashville, TN. *****Sorry - No Pets /No Smoking****

Each room offers: Patio Doors to outside dining and seating area, queen bed, fridge, microwave/convection/air-fryer, complementary water and coffee, iron and board, hair dryer, crock pot, dining table/desk, recliner, 40” TV and WI-FI. Other amenities include: Shared laundry closet, charcoal grill and outdoor dining exclusive for guest. The units are accessible using secure entry codes provided before arrival. Parking is in front of units in gravel near sidewalk. Golf cart included.

One of our favorites

This little room has lots of nice extras. Golf cart access, wifi, outdoor seating area, comfortable rooms. It’s one of our favorite places to stay.

We chose this quaint community to build our home and 2 lower rental units so we could share this hidden secret on the shoreline of Lake Barkley in Old Kuttawa Kentucky. We love nature and begin outdoors, so this location was perfect.

Why they chose this property

This property is accessible to I-24 heading north to Illinois or south to Nashville with so much locally to do. The town has walking and biking trails and unlimited access to water activities. We are diagonal to Kuttawa Beach and a few blocks from the local marina that offers seasonal entertainment and food. There are 2 launch ramps for boaters.
Lastly, the sunrises and sunsets are something to see!

We offer golf carts so guests can move about town or you can just sit on the patio or covered porch and watch deer or boaters or build an intimate fire in the chat/table and enjoy a smoores!
