The heart of the home is its inviting outdoor living space, featuring a stunning entertainment area with a built-in wood-fired braai. A sea-facing balcony provides a tranquil spot to take in ocean views, adding to the home’s charm.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, the house comprises four stylishly furnished bedrooms, one of which is downstairs and all others situated upstairs. The upstairs main bedroom has a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom offers a king-size bed that can convert to twin beds. These two rooms share an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The fourth downstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed and has en-suite bathroom with a shower. A guest toilet is located on the ground floor for added convenience.

The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need: a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.

The spacious lounge and dining area features a cozy fireplace and an 8-seater dining table, perfect for family meals or relaxed evenings. A smart TV with Netflix is available; guests can log in with their own accounts.

Large sliding doors open the living area to the lush garden and mountain views—ideal for quiet morning coffees or memorable moments with loved ones. An outdoor fire pit adds another special touch for evenings under the stars. Alongside the wood-fired braai, a convenient gas grill is also available.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, secure driveway parking for two cars (with additional street parking), and an alarm system. The home is also equipped with an inverter and battery backup system to ensure uninterrupted comfort during power outages.
