The kitchen, separate yet connected to the living area, is perfect for expressing your culinary creativity. You'll find a Nespresso coffee machine to start your mornings right, a traditional oven and microwave for all your needs, plus a dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator — everything you need to feel at home, even when you're far from it.

The true highlight? The panoramic terrace that wraps around the entire apartment. Here, you can enjoy a sunset aperitif with views of Lake Garda, have breakfast outdoors on sunny mornings, or simply read a book while listening to the birds sing. It's the perfect place to find your balance and fully experience the magic of the lake.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll discover two bedrooms designed for maximum comfort. The master bedroom, air-conditioned and equipped with a mattress topper and a 43″ Smart TV, will pamper you with soft and rejuvenating nights. The second bedroom, perfect for families or friends, offers a cozy bunk bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk to make you feel right at home.

Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, so no one misses a single sunset.

The ultra-fast Wi-Fi turns every corner into a private office, perfect for those traveling for work who don’t want to compromise on productivity.

The location? Unbeatable. Just steps away you'll find the harbor, beaches, and historic town center, with its streets lined with shops and local spots. If you want to explore the area, the ferry will easily take you to the surrounding villages. A huge bonus is the reserved covered parking: if you’re driving, you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. For business trips or city getaways, Peschiera’s train station is just a short walk away and connects you via high-speed rail to major cities like Milan, Venice, and Rome, making travel a breeze.

On the ground floor, Pavon café will be your go-to spot to start the day with a hearty breakfast or for an afternoon break without needing to leave the building.

Since 2013, DesenzanoLoft has carefully selected each apartment directly from the owners, putting your satisfaction at the center of everything. One week before arrival, you’ll have a dedicated concierge — fluent in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese — always available via chat to answer any questions. Upon arrival, we’ll greet you in person — no lockboxes or complicated procedures — and throughout your stay, we’ll always be just a message away to make you feel pampered and supported.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, there’s a 50 E supplement to be paid in cash upon arrival. A security deposit of 200 E will also be requested at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card.

At departure, we’ll say goodbye in person, ensure everything was perfect, and refund your deposit.
