Beautiful, contemporary, and renovated 1510 Sq Foot 4th Floor condominium. Excellent for vacation or longer term rental. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property with 80 foot oceanfront wrap-around deck. There are floor-to-ceiling glass with three sets of sliders covering the entire front and side on the main space and floor-to-ceiling glass with sliders in both bedrooms.

The master bedroom, living room and kitchen all face the ocean, with additional views of the inter-coastal in the living room and guest bedroom. Open concept kitchen and living space includes a large breakfast bar for eating and entertaining, brand new stainless steel appliances. Updates include modern under cabinet and bar LED color lighting in the kitchen and ceiling LED color lighting in the master bedroom. Every space has stunning views. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the huge wrap-around deck. Included in rental:

Beautiful Property with Amazing View and Amenitities

We loved our stay at this property. The view of the Gulf is amazing from morning until the gorgeous sunsets at night. It has a large wrap around deck that overlooks the pool and Gulf. The pool and the beach are right out the back door. The property is located at a residential end of Treasure Island which makes it quiet and peaceful but there are many great restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute drive. The provided everything we could have wanted to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Amazing!

Jaw dropping moment the minute we entered this beautiful condo. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets on the large wrap around deck with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views of the Gulf. We enjoyed beautiful walks daily along Sunset Beach and the surrounding area. There are a couple of places within a mile to grab a drink and a bite to eat, otherwise plenty of restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions all within a short drive. If you get a chance to stay here you will love it!

Heaven on the Beach

Our most heartfelt thanks to John & Mark for their hospitality in allowing us to stay at their gorgeous, spacious, immaculate condo. We enjoyed every single minute of our time there! All of the well-thought out, little details made it feel just like home. And the cherry on top was the stunning view. We could not have picked a better place! We made soooo many wonderful memories with our family there, and we are truly grateful for that. And a big thank you to Linda for being so pleasant and caring about any of our needs. Thoughtfully designed condo - amazing light & views

Wow! This condo is top-shelf. The open layout and wrap around windows allow lots of light and amazing panoramic views. You can hear the surf at night from both bedrooms! The sense of design throughout is exquisite. Amazing attention to aesthetic details - LED accent lighting, curated artwork, and even river rock on the floor of the master shower! We've fallen in love with Sunset Beach - and this view! The thoughtfully appointed wrap-around porch looks out over the gulf. Breathtaking. Linda took great care of us. She was professional, friendly, and very responsive during our whole stay. We need her at home! Adding this all together, we've had a magnificent vacation. Thank you, John. We can't wait to come back!

A Treasure at Treasure Island

I cannot explain how over-impressed we were with this property. It was the most delightful stay we have had in a very long time. The photos don't do it justice but the video goes a long way. Amazing sunsets, amazing location, amazing HUGE condo. It makes 1510 sqft feel like >2,000 sqft due to the 80' wall to glass windows and balcony. We'll be back

Truly Special!

We’re truly thankful for the time we spent at this lovely property. It was more than we anticipated. We especially loved the sunsets from the balcony and the sound of the waves from the ocean. Beautiful beach view

Rented this condo for a month and loved every moment of it. Decorated beautifully and set up more for adults and teens than younger children. Linda, the property manager, was wonderful to work with.

AWESOME CONDO

This condo is so beautifully updated we did not want to leave! We were there during this awful coronavirus we are currently experiencing and could not have picked a better place to be quarantined! The views are spectacular, the condo has everything you could need and Linda, the property manager was a blessing to work with. We are looking so forward to coming back next year and hopefully getting to enjoy some of the restaurants in the area! Thank you John and Mark for allowing us to rent your beautiful Sunset Beach condo!
