Vacation Villas #234 - Beachfront condo with amazing view and screened lanai!

Welcome to our Vacation Villa property located at the much desired North-end of Fort Myers Beach. Our one bedroom/one bathroom unit has all the essentials of home to make your stay comfortable. We have a spacious great room with a sofa (opens up to a full size sleeper), two comfy chairs to put your feet up, dining table for four and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen is stocked with items to make a simple or large meal during your stay. The bedroom has a queen and full size bed and large closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower setup. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, DVD player, linens and towels. Most importantly, from your great room, kitchen and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach. Sunsets from your lanai are gorgeous.

The amenities at Vacation Villas include a large heated pool, shuffleboard and grill. There is also a laundry facility with washer and dryer. Located in the much desired North-end of the island and only a short walk to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square) and restaurants. Vacation Villas neighbors Bowditch Point Park where you can see the local wildlife and catch a trolley to any destination on the island. Very lovely condo on the beach/Ocean Quiet and clean Very convenient to Time square and riding the open air Tram.

Beautiful views and quiet

Wish they came around wish daily wash clothes and shower head was awful. Wish there was more lighting outside on beach side at night time. However it was quiet, nice location, great experience!

Great little place close to the park.

Great place and nice location. Just far away enough from the business of the main Fort Myers Beach but could always grab a shuttle to get to other places. The only downfall is that this property does not allow you to check in until 5PM and you must leave by 9AM!!! You basically loose a day

Location is everything.

The individual freedom that this property gives is priceless - but not costly. Beach out front, pool on the side, grilling out with views of the sunset, walk for ice cream down the beach. Carlos was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful time with my family.

Awesome Vacation

Condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The view from inside the condo and from the lanai was awesome. Overall the condo was very nice but a little outdated. We will rent this condo again.
