Welcome to the gorgeous Pelican's Roost #107! This stunning elevated, first floor accommodation has two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and is corner end, direct gulf front unit! The master bedroom has an attached full bath, where you will wake up to a bright view of the gulf coast each morning. Furnishings are tropical and comfortable, keeping with a carefree stay. With a sleeper sofa in the living room and two XL twins in the second bedroom you will be able to sleep 6 people comfortably. Enjoy a completely equipped kitchen, should you wish to dine in, 3 televisions and a washer/dryer in the unit for added convenience.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin XL beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming & cable available), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, community tennis, shuffleboard & pickleball courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

4 night minimum rental period allowed during off-season. 7 night minimum in peak season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Wonderful vacation spot!!

We have been to Sanibel many times and this condo is at the top of our list. Everything is so clean, and new- they did a terrific job rebuilding after the hurricane.

Great Condo! The beach is just a few feet from the building and a great view!

We had a wonderful girls weekend getaway! We enjoyed the beach with the free chairs and loved the pool. We had plenty of room in our two bedroom condo.

Great / responsive service for checkin question. Beautifully appointed and extremely clean unit (except no facial tissue as promised in either bedroom or bathroom), nice view. Only criticism is the EXTRA firm mattresses which were impossible to sleep on. Slept 3 of the 4 nights on the couch because after the first night it felt like my spine had been hit with a bat. With mattresses that firm they can’t conform and support the back. Very expensive to end up sleeping on the couch.

Comfortable & convenient

Convenient to airport, grocery, restaurants & the Beach. Everything is new and very clean. AC quit a few times but Ann was quick to arrange for the repairs to be competed. The unit seemed very spacious for the 5 of us. Nice pool & Tennis courts. The shelling was fabulous!

Island Paradise

We loved our stay at Pelican's Roost! The condo was super clean and open. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Drinking coffee in the morning on the screened in lanei and watching the early birds searching for shells. Great views of the Gulf. Any questions we had, which were few, were answered almost immediately and they made checking in after hours a breeze. The chairs and umbrella that are provided are super easy to get to and very comfortable..that was much appreciated! Short drives to restaurants and there is a convenient poolside bar nextdoor to the condo that we could walk up to from the beach. We didn't use the pool but the area was well kept and would be perfect for families with children or those taking a break from the beach. If I had something negative to say it would have nothing to do with the condo but the No-seeums that are down there. They are real so make sure to grab some bug spray! I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to others! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican's Roost is a lovely, small complex right on the beach. The condo itself was stunning, absolutely loved the decor. Everything was new and clean in the condo. The views were amazing overlooking the Gulf and beach. Loved the setup of beach chairs and umbrellas available underneath the property to take straight to the beach. Perfect condo and location for a beach holiday and not far to shops and restaurants. The only downside was we had an issue with the air con that took a few days to permanently fix. Sanibel Vacations were quick to respond during the week, however, when it broke on a Sunday there was no response to their emergency number. This is really poor as anything could have happened to us or the property, as it was no air con in May in Florida is no joke. I tried their emergency number a number of times, emailed and even used Social Media to try and contact them but nothing. They did rectify the issue swiftly on the Monday.

July week long escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelicans Roost #107 is an excellent location. Being on the end of the building, it provides a secluded feel and great views of the beach. Check in was a breeze, the staff, both onsite and at the office, were professional and always nice, and the facility had everything needed to spend a day on the beach. (Chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc.) The walk is only about 50 yards on a private boardwalk to the sand and there are 2 locations to wash off the sand from your feet to keep from tracking it back to your room. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the porch and watching the rabbits that inhabit the undercover brush hop about feeding. While on the island, we enjoyed multiple restaurants and enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks on the bridge. Now my wife wants to move here permanently due to the friendly people. We will definitely stay again.

Great vacation week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wasn't sure what to expect after reading all the reviews--they were kind of mixed! But this was a nice little gem of a place! I thought it was on the ground floor, but it's actually a flight of stairs up. It was no big deal and there was an elevator if needed, but I thought we were gonna be able to walk out of our room to the lawn. I liked that it was a corner unit. We hardly ever heard any noise or anything from neighbors. A very quiet condo. The condo itself was dated, but everything worked and it was clean. The shower was really nice--good pressure. Loved keeping the windows open with the screened in patio. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
