The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood next to the sea.



The accommodation is equipped with: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, TV and internet (Wi-Fi), Small table-top BBQ , central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, off street parking on the road outside.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle are provided.



Los Nietos, Spain is a small fishing village with its own individual marina on the Mar Menor, which began as a very small fishing settlement and was later urbanised to allow more holiday homes by the Mar Menor It is now a busy community with many visitors, especially in the summer, with some events at other times. The village is at the eastern terminus of the Cartagena–Los Nietos commuter railway line.

The location is good

Communication with Michelle was quick and smooth. Very friendly at all times. The apartment was very clean. The location is good, in front of the Nietos beach and a stone's throw from Cabo de Palos.
