Summary:
We are proud to present this rustic three-bedroom two-bathroom duplex townhouse in Fortuna II, Villamartin. This lovely property is located in a quiet urbanization in the rural part of Villamartin, with views from some of the terraces onto part of Villamartin golf course behind. An amazing point about this villa is that it has two communal pools shared between six properties. In compliance with Real Decreto 9/2024 for Midterm rentals.
The Space:
The layout of this property is unique ,the main living space is located upstairs giving you some lovely views from the double-sided balconies and the bedrooms are all located on the ground floor. You enter the property on the ground floor; on this level, you will find the three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, bedside cabinets built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a door to access the garden via an additional patio. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have king-sized beds, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes, and air-conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds with bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes.
You head upstairs to the spacious open-plan living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, here you will find comfortable sofas, A built-in fire place, a six-person dining table, etc. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary white goods needed to prepare family meals, including a Fridge/freezer, HOB, oven, dishwasher, etc. There is also a toilet and shower room upstairs for your comfort.
The main terrace overlooks the communal pool and garden area and has a 6-person dining table, which Is ideal for family meals al fresco. There is another terrace at the top of the property that is accessible by a staircase from this first floor terrace.

There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10-minute drive away - Zenia Boulevard. Where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket. Playa La Zenia is one of Orihuela's most visited beaches and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. This Urbanisation is also close to the golf resorts Villamartin Golf, Real club de Golf campomore and Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. An excellent residence for golf enthusiasts. In Torrevieja (only 20 minutes’ drive), there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and Water Park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley in the Ozone centre.
Getting Around:
For those with a car, explore the Spanish cities and towns (e.g. Murcia, Cartagena, Elche) close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas and Roman museums. Both Alicante and Murcia Airports are approx. 40-50 minute drive away.
