Perfect base for a holiday for up to eight people – whether a large family, two smaller ones or a group of friends. You’ll be 3 miles from the North Cornwall coast, giving you easy access to fantastic spots for swimming, surfing, sailing, windsurfing and more. Top local beaches nearby include Rock (5.5 miles), Polzeath (4 miles) and Daymer Bay (5 miles) you’ll be spoilt for choice! The popular Camel Trail is only 8.5 miles away this 19-mile multi-use path winds along the picturesque Camel River, offering cycling opportunities with bike hire nearby. For a memorable day trip, visit Boscastle (12 miles), with its historic harbour, stunning views, quaint shops and excellent restaurants, a true Cornish gem.
On arrival, you’ll enter the welcoming hallway that branches off to the further ground-floor rooms. To the right is a fully equipped oak kitchen with sleek granite worktops, perfect for cooking up group meals and eating together at the wooden dining table. From here, access a cosy twin bedroom with garden access through French doors, a convenient wet room, and a utility space. To the left of the hallway is the spacious lounge with inviting sofas, a Smart TV, a DVD player and a charming feature fireplace. French doors from here open onto a large stone patio. Upstairs, you’ll find three stylish bedrooms – two king-size and one twin – alongside a refreshing family bathroom with a handy shower over the bath.
