Really nice lodge number 71, booked with a hot tub which was well used and the lodge was nicely positioned in the park. We were extremely lucky with the weather so we were able to enjoy our evenings sitting on the decking watching the sunset.

Our lodge was very spacious but the furniture could do with updating and there was a big rip in the lining of one of the lounge curtains. The kitchen was lovely but we only had 4 plates/ glasses/ cutlery, so although there was only 2 of us, it meant we were a bit limited when serving a tapas type meal. We had a hot tub which was nice but we didn't use it much due to the weather. I did feel a bit overlooked too which put me off. However it was a nice holiday and I would stay again.

On arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful.
On arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful. Got to our lodge, wow, I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice and big as it was! It was perfect, the bed was huge, nice dressing room, kitchen was perfect a nice little wine fridge too! We had a wc and an en-suite with a massive bathtub separate to the shower.Did I mention the hot tub?? It was great, you could use it without people staring at you.It was in a great location, we had all the windows open at night and you couldn’t hear a single car, bliss! The restaurant/pub was great, good menu choices and the staff were really helpful as we can’t have dairy or gluten. One thing I would say that could be better is the curtains in the bedroom, you need to get changed in the bathroom else you can see other lodge’s windows…I definitely would stay again!
