A welcoming 100 m2 residence, part of a two-family house immersed in the quiet of the Euganean Hills.
The house opens onto a private and fenced outdoor space, perfect for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

The real gem? A large exclusive porch, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, having lunch on sunny days or relaxing with a good book.

In the house you will find a kitchen with everything you need to feel at home: plates, dishes, pots, glasses and various utensils.
The space is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, moka for a good Italian coffee, juicer and toaster - everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals in peace.

A bright and welcoming living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of excursions, here you will find a large dining table for 7 people, perfect for sharing meals with friends, a TV for moments of relaxation and a 3-seater sofa that, if necessary, transforms into a comfortable double bed - ready to welcome additional guests with the same warm atmosphere as the rest of the house.

On the first floor, two bedrooms await you, designed to ensure rest and tranquility.
The double bedroom is spacious and bright, furnished with simple taste and elegant details. The bed with a comfortable mattress, Topper and memory foam pillows will give you deep sleep.
The second is a triple room with single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Upon request, it can be transformed into a welcoming double bed.
For the little ones, a cot for newborns is available, also upon request.
To complete the comfort, sheets and towels in 100% quality cotton.

On the first floor there is a large, bright and functional bathroom, equipped with a relaxing tub, shower, professional hairdryer and personal hygiene products, to make you feel pampered.

On the ground floor there is a second bathroom, practical and comfortable, complete with a washing machine for free use - ideal for longer stays or for those who like to travel light.

At your disposal you will find 100% cotton sheets and towels, extra pillows and additional blankets to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

There is no shortage of useful accessories for your stay: clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

To ensure maximum comfort in every season, the house is equipped with air conditioning on both floors and fans in all rooms.

Free Wi-Fi available throughout the house, to always stay connected even on vacation.

Safety & convenience: For your peace of mind, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguishers.

Pet-friendly: Your four-legged friends are welcome! In the house you will find a kennel and two dedicated bowls.

THE LOCATION: It is located in Galzignano Terme in via Porto 64.

- 6 minutes by car from the Battaglia Terme train station.
- 8 minutes by car from the A13 Terme Euganee motorway exit.
- 1 minute walk from the bus stop to and from Padua city and province (see timetables in the advert photos).
- 4 minutes by car from the large Golf Club and Villa Barbarigo di Valsanzibio.
- 10 minutes by car from the village of Arquà Petrarca.
- 10/12 minutes by car from the Abano thermal baths.
- 8 minutes by car from the Y-40 The Deep Joy swimming pool.
- 30 minutes by car from Padua city.
- 25 minutes by car from the Euganeo Stadium.
- 1 hour by car from Chioggia and Sottomarina.
- 45 min by car to Venice, 40 min by train.
- 1 hour and 30 min to the Verona Arena.
- 1 hour and 30 min to Lake Garda and the Gardaland Amusement Park.

N.B: Soggiorno Veneto is not a B&B and therefore does not offer breakfast service.
However, to start your stay in the best possible way, you will always find some small surprises packaged for free, as a gesture of welcome and care towards my guests. If you have allergies or intolerances (for example: gluten) you can let me know.

How to reach us:
- by car from the A13 Terme Euganee motorway exit, proceed northwest on provincial road 9, enter the SS16 and follow the signs for Battaglia Terme and Galzignano Terme.
- by train from Padua Station, take the train to Battaglia Terme/Monselice, from Battaglia Terme train station in 5 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bike you can reach the house. (the cycle path is present along the entire stretch of road to be traveled)
- by plane: from Venice airport it is 65km (45 minutes by car), from Verona airport it is 94km (1 hour and 15 minutes), from Treviso 75km (55 minutes), Bologna 108km (1 and 20 minutes)

Free parking is available inside the spacious fenced courtyard of the house. (it can accommodate up to 3 cars comfortably)

N.B. the parking is shared with the other house which is NOT a holiday home.

Upon check in, a tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night will be required for up to a maximum of 5 nights.

The following are exempt from the tourist tax:
- minors under the age of fourteen;
- disabled people who must show the manager suitable documentation;
- residents of Galzignano Terme;
- members of the state and local police and firefighters who are staying overnight for service reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

HOUSE TEMPERATURE:
WINTER: The temperature of the house in winter is managed remotely. Upon your arrival, the house will already be warm.
ATTENTION: Heating is active from October to April with a maximum of 20 degrees.
In case of special needs, the guest is asked to contact me directly.
SUMMER: You can independently manage the internal temperature with the two air conditioners in the house through the appropriate remote controls.
There are also fans in the house for those who do not like air conditioning.

WASTE:
We separate waste in the house. In the kitchen you will find bins marked for wet, plastic, paper, mixed (non-recyclable dry).
I kindly ask my guests to deposit their waste outside the house in the large bins in the courtyard, before checking out.

FOOD AND GOODS:
It is not allowed to leave food leftovers in the house and in the refrigerator after check-out. Therefore, I ask you to leave the refrigerator empty, as you found it.

LINEN:
I kindly ask my guests to pay attention to the use of towels, avoiding using them to remove makeup, dyes, colored creams or other substances that could permanently stain them.
In the event of irreversible damage, unfortunately I will be forced to charge an extra cost for cleaning or possible replacement. Thank you for your cooperation.

LATE CHECK-OUT:
Upon prior consent, it is possible to stay after the indicated time (11:00) with a small additional charge.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Upon prior consent and availability, it is possible to enter the house before 4:00 pm with a small additional charge.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOUSE:
It is possible to smoke outside under the shelter of the large porch of the house.

PETS:
I ask my guests to pay attention to their pets due to unpleasant experiences, in particular I ask that the pet does not do its business in the house and does not climb on the beds. Thank you for your understanding.

STAYS LONGER THAN 15 NIGHTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
