The property has 1 full bathroom. The full bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and bathtub with an overhead shower, plus space to store your toiletries.



PARKING SPACE:

There is a designated parking space at the front where guests can park. If there is no free space guests can park off the street where parking is also free.





The property has a camera at the front so that we can monitor access and make the place safe.

*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR
