This charming two bedroom home is just a few blocks from Main Street in a secluded area on the Medina River.
This luxurious yet affordable Medina River cabin is one of the most unique lodging rentals we have available for our visitors, and a lot of that is due to its one-of-a-kind location. It's tucked away in a peaceful and cypress-lined cove on the Medina, yet it's in Bandera, the Cowboy Capital of the World, with all the popular hot spots and shops only blocks away. Kids and pets are both welcome here, which makes Lambert Park a perfect Hill Country getaway, no matter who you decide to bring along.
All the fun, adventure, and relaxation the scenic Medina River has to offer is practically at your doorstep here! You can fish and swim, or just decompress in the hammock on the river's bank. The river's also famous for its tubing trips, and Bandera's rental shops and drop-off spots are all close to the cabin, as well. Lambert Park is one of the rare places where you can watch abundant natural wildlife and enjoy some wild life of your own in Bandera's famed honky tonks and live music venues.
The spacious shaded porch and football field-sized yard face the river here, and it's all tricked out with comfortable outdoor furniture and porch swings. While you kick back outside, try your hand at a hearty and savory Texas-sized barbecue on the combination charcoal grill and smoker! The wildlife and breathtaking views that have made the Hill Country famous are yours to admire along the Medina, with the Wild West history and shops of the Cowboy Capital of the World just a short walk away.
The moment you step inside, the big, soft sofa and recliners in the living room reflect the overall comfort of this pretty cabin. Two bedrooms, one furnished with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen, offer supreme sleeping comfort for up to four guests, and the entire interior space is kept even more comfy with central heat and air. The kitchen's fully set up with a stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and utensils and bed and bath linens are all included during your stay. High speed internet, a TV with Roku service, and a local phone land line are among your tech extras here, along with excellent in-town cell coverage.

We loved this property! The house was perfect for my husband and I. It is cute! The sitting areas on the porch were so nice and the view is beautiful. We saw a ton of wildlife. Downtown Bandera is a very short drive. We can’t wait to come back.

Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the wildlife, comfort, and cleanliness. We look forward to hosting you again for another great stay!
My wife and I loved this property. Not a lot of bells and whistles but a peaceful little place. We encountered a herd of deer outside the house on multiple occasions as well as quite a few cats which seemed to interact with the deer. Overall a great relaxing weekend which is just what we needed.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you and your wife enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and had the chance to see the deer and cats. It sounds like the perfect relaxing weekend, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
We came up this weekend to run Hoka Bandera and really felt like this was a home away from home to relax before and after running. My kids were fascinated by the roaming deer and had fun scouting them out. Thank you!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the property provided a relaxing spot for you and your family before and after the race. It’s great to hear your kids enjoyed the roaming deer! We’d love to have you back anytime for another stay.
Very relaxing property. Quiet, clean. LOTS of wildlife. All the outside amenities you need such as swing, chairs, fire pit, wood, and great views of the meadow to watch the abundant wildlife. 5 minute drive to Main street for shopping and restaurants.
Really good size property with great facilities. The highlight was the daily traffic of fabulous wildlife across our back yard. Yard doesn’t accurately describe the size of the huge field backing in to the property
The house is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The overall expense with rent and fees seemed pretty high and maybe not a great value for the money, but we had no complaints about the property itself.
We had a great time just relaxing on the back porch and watching the wildlife. We cooked steaks on the Habatchi ate our meals on the back porch and fed some neighborhood cats.
The house was very clean when we arrived and the location was great. Sitting in the backyard watching the wildlife run across the property was the best part. Will definitely be going again
Everything was great. Renting, instructions, the house - all was good. Love getting back to the hill country as often as we can. The house layout was perfect. Will definitely consider this spot again.
We had the best time at Lambert Park and in Bandera! The house was perfect for our little group. The wildlife watching was amazing from the backyard! We loved the access to the river too. We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay at Lambert Park very much. The property is very beautiful with great views, birds and other wildlife, and the house and particularly the back yard are very comfortable and nice for relaxing. A great jumping off place for exploring the Hill Country.
