Come and fall in love with Beachside Oasis a stunning custom luxury 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms private home located just a minute away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. It has a fantastic Game Room on the first floor with a Bar, TV, Full Bathroom and Living Space. A Foos Ball Table, Pool Table, Multiple Classic Arcade Games, a 16-foot Shuffle Board, a full-size Electronic Dart Board, and Electronic Basketball. This amazing house also includes a 6-passenger Customized Golf Cart(must agree to house rules posted. Owners phone number is located on house rules posting if you have any questions.) This outstanding home features gorgeous water views, a private heated pool, a rooftop deck with both Gulf AND Bay water views and so much more!
Please take note that we do accept rentals under 7 days but you must message me prior to booking to make sure. Some weeks are Saturday to Saturday only. Also take note that our pool is heated and most of the island is electric not gas. That means we all have heat pumps that need air temperatures above 55 degrees to properly function. Thank goodness it's not normally below 55 degrees on the island. You will have a great vacation on our beautiful island!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront home in Bradenton Beach! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the sandy shores. We loved that the home came with convenient amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a golf cart to help us get around easily. It made our trip super relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a family vacation here for a week with 3 kids, 3 teens, and 6 adults. The home was in great shape and we all were very comfortable, feeling like we all had our own space. Pool and amenities were wonderful and it was a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Beachside Oasis. The accommodations were comfortable and there was something for everyone. The kids loved the game room and the adults loved the rooftop deck. Everyone loved the swimming pool after a couple of hours at the beach (it was so hot!) It was just a short walk to the beach, close to the grocery store and the golf cart was an added plus. A problem with a foul smelling kitchen trash can was quickly resolved by the management company. All in all, a great week.

Wonderful Week

We enjoyed every minute we stayed at this property. There were a couple of problems upon arrival, but the management company was very responsive and things were fixed quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for the location and amenities to other friends and family.

Great Stay!

We were really impressed with everything the house had to offer. We would stay there again. The walk to the beach was easy and short. The games and pool on property provided plenty of enjoyment. The kitchen was great. Only Suggestion would be labeling the light switches because we couldn’t remember which one belong to which light! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Fun family trip to AMI

Our stay was fantastic. We haven’t stopped talking about all the fun we had and when we can go back. The place was perfect! Excellent location on the island, close to the beach and grocery store and enough room to accommodate 11 of us. It was truly amazing! We really enjoyed using the golf cart and also rented bikes to get around the island. Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting AMI.

The property was well described in written information. Golf cart a plus along with beach chairs. Easy access to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Beach and pool towels were excellent. Bath towels and supplies for shower could be improved but everything very clean. Great property would love to visit again.

Great Beach House

This house was very clean and nicely appointed with tons of room for everyone in our party. We had 10 people staying together and it was perfect for all of us. Highlights were the beautiful kitchen, the pool and the rooftop patio views! Oh and the master shower was massive. Best part was the house was across the street from a gorgeous beach. We also loved Kokonuts beach bar that was in walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay here and would stay again!

Great location

Loved the location of this property! 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool and game room were outstanding! We used the golf cart several times. Kitchen was well supplied. Sheets and towels were abundant, but probably need an update. It was reassuring to have an alarm on the door to the pool, as we had several young children in our group. Overall really enjoyed our stay, in spite of red tide!

FANTASTIC place!

Really impressed with literally everything. Great communication with owner and management company. House is beautiful, well-maintained, was very clean on arrival, pool fantastic with a super private and unusually secluded pool are with palms and beautiful landscaping, golf cart was AWESOME. Every bedroom had its own bathroom except two of them on on the top floor share a hallway bath (worked out great). AC blows nice and cool, all appliances work. Can't really think of anything to complain about!! Two thumbs up.

Excellent vacation. Well laid out spacious house. Comfortable bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom with large bathroom and multiple head shower. Great porches and roof deck. Heated pool for wading with children is perfect. Game room large plus. Pac-Man, dart toss, in-door basketball hoop and hand shuffleboard made it feel like camp. Also big bonus to have golf cart. Fun to ride and to transport chairs. Beach really is 2 minute walk away. Kevin, owner, easy to deal with and very responsive. Plenty of beach chairs. Would definitely rent again.

I cannot say enough good things about this home or the host. The home is clean, tasteful, warm and inviting. The host was very approachable and made himself available for any issues or questions. Check in was easy and instructions were easy to follow. The swimming pool was clean and very enjoyable. The outdoor grill was stocked with propane and was spotless. The golf cart was such an added convenience. It is obvious the owner takes excellent care and much pride in his home. We are so very grateful he shared it with our family. We will definitely come back!!

The management company was kind responsive and took care of the issues (dishwasher fixed and brought us ice as ice maker on fridge not working. Loved locations and all amenities. We were very pleased with the property and had a wonderful time. There were a couple things that needed maintained. I would think that the cleaning people would have noticed a bathroom mirror ready to fall off. Despite, we loved it. The owner was extremely quick at reply to our phone call. It was a fantastic location.

Why they chose this property

We are super close to the beach entrance (about a 2-minute walk.) Our rooms are very spacious, unlike many houses with more bedrooms.

What makes this property unique

Spider-man golf cart included for free. The game room is awesome! Full bathroom right next to the pool. The rooftop deck is the best to enjoy the water views and the stars.
