Here you live on the second floor with your own entrance, surrounded by a large lawn and generous parking facilities. The friendly homeowner lives on the ground floor. The apartment is smartly planned with a bright living room equipped with a sofa bed, a practical kitchenette with stove and oven and a dining table with space for four. The bedroom has two single beds, and in the basement (entrance from the outside) there is a shower. A slightly busy road is located at the back of the villa area. Stora Höga offers fantastic opportunities for both relaxation and activity. Only 2.4 km away is the popular municipal swimming area, for lazy sunny days with the family or fast-paced water sports. Getskär's sea bath is a hotspot for kitesurfers and offers a mix of sandy beach, cliffs, a bathing jetty and a kiosk - perfect for a full day by the sea. For shopping, restaurants and entertainment, Stenungsund is just 7 km away. And if you want to take a trip to the big city, it is only 25 minutes to Gothenburg by train - perfect for a day trip to Liseberg, Universeum or the pulse of the city. Get over to Marstrand in 30 minutes, take a guided tour of the fortress and listen to the stories about Lasse-Maja. If you want to pack a picnic bag and have a wonderful hike, we recommend the beautiful trail on Koön with different lengths. Enjoy a magical sea view out towards Carlstens Fortress and Åstol and Dyrön. Here in Stora Höga you live in a quiet and natural environment, but with proximity to everything you could wish for.
