A large terrace, partially covered, lets you enjoy summer evenings regardless of the weather, overlooking a green garden ideal for both play and relaxation. It’s the perfect location for those seeking a spacious and convenient home with a private garden and walking distance to Visby’s Old Town – with its rose-scented alleys, cozy shops, and restaurants. You’ll also be close to Almedalen, where the popular Almedalen Week (June 23–27) takes place, and Visby’s fantastic seaside promenade offering magical sunsets. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need. The living and dining areas are combined, and can be separated by a curtain to create an extra bedroom with a fold-out double bed. This floor also has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed – as well as a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there’s a spacious and serene living room with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. You’ll also find a large bedroom with a double bed and a fourth bedroom with two single beds, as well as a guest WC. This accommodation is an ideal base for exploring Visby and the rest of the island, with excellent transport connections by bus and bike both north and south. Don’t miss Fårö in the far north, known for its beautiful sea stacks and beaches. Heading south, you’ll find Södra Hällarna just a few kilometers away – a stunning stretch of coastline you won’t forget. Families traveling with children shouldn’t miss Kneippbyn – Pippi Longstocking’s summer and water park. You’ll also find the popular Tofta Beach and much more! A warm welcome to beautiful Gotland – a paradise in the Baltic Sea! Good to know: There is a separate apartment in part of the house where the friendly owner lives. However, guests have full access to the garden and the entire house, except the basement.
