On the ground floor, there is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a large fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The open-concept space includes a dining area that overlooks the balcony and the breathtaking view across the valley. On the same floor, you’ll find a spacious, light, and airy living room overlooking the balcony and the view, plus an additional dining area for formal dinners. Rounding out this floor is a half-bathroom. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: three double bedrooms with king-size beds share a full bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional bedroom with a pull-out full-size sofa bed that converts into two single beds. There is some basic gym equipment, a full-size desk, and a full bathroom. One floor below, you’ll find a large, spacious additional living area complete with sofas and a TV that opens onto a small terrace. On this floor, there is also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, as is air conditioning for warm summer nights and heating during the winter months. There is parking for one car outside the house, but there is a small parking area almost directly across from the house for additional vehicles. Allerona is a beautiful hilltop town; although small, it features an amazing restaurant right on your doorstep, as well as small bars and cafes. Allerona Scalo is just 10 minutes away and offers all amenities, including supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, and more. A short drive away, Orvieto is one of Umbria’s most beautiful towns, home to one of Italy’s finest cathedrals and plenty more to see and experience. In the area, you can enjoy wine tastings and cooking classes, or visit the famous Civita di Bagno Regio, Lake Bolsena, or the thermal spas of Saturnia—the list is endless. Orvieto Station offers free parking, and from there you can take direct trains to Florence, Rome, Arezzo, or even as far as Milan and Venice.
