Enjoy a unique experience in this charming, detached villa of approximately 90 square meters, immersed in an atmosphere of total tranquility. It features ample private space both in front of and behind the house.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you’ll be provided with our phone numbers. Please contact us half an hour before arriving at your destination so we can be on-site at check-in, or for any other reason; in any case, you can contact us via the app’s messaging feature.
To get around and visit nearby attractions, we recommend using a private vehicle. The town offers breathtaking views of the sea and an atmosphere of total relaxation, but has limited services and activities.

Upon arrival, you will be required to:
✅ Present a copy of all guests’ identification documents, as required by Italian regulations. Without these, you will not be allowed to enter the property.
✅ Pay the municipal tourist tax (in cash or via instant bank transfer).
✅ Sign a short-term vacation rental agreement.
