We had 4 people for two nights and there was only 3 coffee pods left. Not a big thing but noticible.

The rental property was very clean and we had a excellent communication with the management company. The view from the unit to Lake Como was beautiful. It was nice waking up to that every morning. Having a dedicated parking garage was a bonus as parking is hard to come by in the area.From a convenience perspective the Prognana Lario location lacks a lot of restaurant choices that are within walking distance so you need to be aware of that if you don't have a car. The restaurant nearby namely Peppos Bar (Great small local joint with simple dishes but great atmosphere and service). Villa Lario (Excellent food and lake side location. a bit pricey but worth it for us). The apartment is located on the main road, so it can get a little busy and you need to be careful when walking. It is also located past a bend on the road so you need to be careful when pulling out with your car to turn left. A couple small recommendations. The air conditioner makes a beeping noise when it turns on. We got used to it. We had a issue with the water heater, which we fixed ourselves but the management company was responsive when we contacted them. Suggest they provide extra garbage bags for people that are staying longer. There is a Ferry port a short walk away, very handy (lots of stairs). The bus also stops right in front of the apartment, rarely on time so check google maps to get updated arrival info. Overall great!!
