Safe, Secure, Super Clean Rural Retreat with Top of Mountain Views

Perhaps you are looking for just the right retreat to get away this year! Many are looking for safe and secure rural locations, and this Wintergreen townhouse provides convenience in a low population area. Spectacular Penthouse views over the Shenandoah Valley and from this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhome in the center of Wintergreen Resort. This is three level living at its finest for one of the highest "top of the mountain" properties at Wintergreen.

Many of our guest reviews comment on the sparking cleanliness of the home. The carpets have just been steam cleaned, and housekeeping fully disinfects all surfaces between guests. The owner has been completing some recent renovations.

At 10 Shenandoah Ridge, you're close to all of the Wintergreen amenities, but in a private, quite, and serene location.

The main or mid level has a living room with large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and deck. The upper level offers two master bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows with valley views to the west and east respectively. The entry level has two bedrooms, each with a bath offering the utmost in privacy. Newer linens, towels, and comforters, and lots of recent upgrades.

Each of the four bedrooms has a full private full bath. Master bath includes Jacuzzi tub.

The upper level bedrooms each have a king bed--Serta Perfect Sleeper. One entry level bedroom has twin mattresses set up as a wide queen, and the other has a twin bunk bed and trundle, and so can accommodate three.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room as well as televisions in each of the bedrooms. TVs are on Roku (for movie channels, including Netflix and also receive over-the-air HD network broadcasts).

The fully stocked kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and enough dishes to accommodate a full house. A large pantry can store enough provisions for families on an extended stay.
