You’ll be ideally positioned a minute walk away from the Highlands Ski Lift and Wintergreen Spa. The back deck has a great fire pit and grill to relax in the spring, summer and fall.
Head-to-toe remodel in 2023. The townhome is divided into 3 floors giving lots of space to spread out when you need some private time. A great-sized living room/kitchen/dining open floor plan to enjoy time together. Each bedroom has a smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and a fantastic kitchen table for dining up to six. Beautiful and cozy living room with 65” smart TV. Relax in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace at the end of a day skiing, boarding, tubing, hiking, golfing, or touring wineries and breweries. From the living room, walk out onto the private deck to grill dinner - private outdoor grill included.
Parking for 2 cars inside the garage as well as 2 cars on the easy, flat driveway.

Roger was an incredible host and his home was 5 stars. Perfect location, everything updated and very very clean. Beautiful home in a perfect location—right in Wintergreen and super close to the resort. Renovations are luxurious and thoughtfully done, with high-end touches throughout, including Sony TVs in every room. Most importantly for me: comfy beds! You can tell the updates were done tastefully, not cheaply—everything from the decor to the flooring looks and feels top-notch. The fireplace is such a vibe for a cozy mountain movie night.
