On the ground floor, there is a kitchen-dining area with a sofa, while the ground floor features a comfortable master bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom.
Close to amenities such as ATMs, a post office, supermarkets, bus stops, and everything you need for daily life. Of particular note is its proximity to the Caronte Thermal Baths.
Its excellent location on the main road allows you to reach the nearby Lamezia Terme International Airport in just a few minutes, as well as the Central Station, the SA-RC highway interchange, and the “Strada dei Due Mari” leading to the Ionian coast.
