Glamorous duplex in a green and very quiet area, a few steps away from the beach and from the town centre of Lignano Pineta that offers a wide choice of shops, snack bars and restaurants. Our villa is equipped with satellite-TV, air con, washing machine, dishwasher and a safe box. The fenced garden is furnished with table, chairs and 2 sunbeds and has parking places (one of those covered) for 2 cars. Mezzanine floor: living-room with double sofa bed and wide covered patio, dining-room, a kitchen and a terrace with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower. 1st floor: 1 master room with balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower.
