Both bedrooms are bright and inviting, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

A dedicated desk and ergonomic chair in each bedroom provide an ideal setup for remote working or catching up on emails. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the spacious balcony, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and city views at any time.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in the vibrant area of Battersea, this neighborhood offers the perfect blend of city living and green spaces. Just a short stroll from the expansive Battersea Park, guests can enjoy scenic walks, outdoor activities, and riverside views along the Thames.

The area is home to a variety of cafes, pubs, and restaurants, and is close to the newly developed Battersea Power Station, known for its boutique shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Excellent transport links connect you easily to central London and beyond, making this an ideal base for both leisure and business travelers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Battersea Power, is just a 7-minutes walk.

Heathrow Airport is an hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
